The Kearney County Economic Development Agency, known as KCEDA was started in 2004 to provide current and potential businesses with low interest loans. These loans can be used to expand, improve, and or start businesses in Kearney County. KCEDA also strives to improve the county by encouraging tourism, entrepreneurship and community development. KCEDA is funded by the communities it serves including Axtell, Heartwell, Minden, and Wilcox.

Minden (city office) 1st & 3rd - 9am - 12pm
Wilcox (library) 2nd - 9am - 1pm
Axtell (city office) 4th - 9am - 1pm
Thursday Afternoon: By Appointment
